Ce este interzis in RoTunneling VPN?

Scopul serviciului RoTunneling VPN este de a ajuta utilizatorii cenzurati sa acceseze internetul cat si de a asigura securitatea navigarii pe internet.

Astfel acest serviciu nu este destinat pentru urmatoarele:

- nu este un serviciu de anonimitate pe internet, astfel nu toleram si nu protejam utilizatorii ce inteprind activitati ilegale.

- este strict interzisa folosirea retelei de VPN pentru a trimite spam, mailuri nesolicitate.

- este strict interzisa folosirea retelei VPN pentru a exploata sisteme informatice.

- este strict interzisa folosirea serviciului pentru flood, ddos.

- este strict interzisa folosirea retelei pentru fraude, accesarea unor aplicatii, baze de date, sisteme informatice fara drept, pornografie infantila, cat si orice infractiune prevazuta de legile din Romania si cele internationale, cu precadere dar nu numai legea 161/2003 cu toate modificarile acesteia pana in prezent.

RedShift IT SRL in calitate de unic operator al serviciului RoTunneling VPN, nu este responsabila si nu poate fi trasa la raspundere pentru orice actiune a beneficiarilor acestui serviciu, beneficiarii sunt unici responsabili de intreaga lor activitate.

Beneficiarii prin activarea unui cont pe site declara ca sunt de acord cu legiile in vigoare, termenii si conditiile si se obliga sa respecte legiile in vigoare si termenii si conditiile de utilizare a serviciului, acestea au valuare contractuala.
